The service at cash deposit/withdrawal side is good, but the customer service guys were sitting doing nothing and we had to wait in queue for no reason.. and later on I understand that we have to go and sit and all the token and queue machines are just a waste...
The worse customer service ever. I don't know how they receive the best banking awards every year. I have been in contact with them to issue only my debit card for about 65 days now, and have not received my card yet. I am living outsode Afghanistan and only wanted a debit card to be issued and sent to me.
My first email was on June 19 2018 and today is August 18 2018, and have not yet received my card. I have communicated with them tens of emails and sent them all needed documents through DHL and speak to them many many times but still not succeed to receive my card.
