They finally got serious and managed to change one of the mattresses I bought. And they managed to repair it in the Albanian style, but at least it is somewhat better. Well done for the effort. I bought a memory mattress, but it is very soft. I tell them to change me, according to the guarantee and no one takes over ... are not serious about taking on flaws, while there are many other very serious and competitive firms. I'm sorry I have to speak negatively about Amber, but they do not know how to retain clients and advertise through clients. (After receiving my phone 3 weeks later) Write even that we do not know you .... get on the phone, left an appointment and still did not come ... To sell you are very fast and correct, for this you are correct. But not correct after you received 2.5 million lek for 5 memory mattresses ... I gave you the number and a contract of the last two mattresses .... finally not serious, not dedicated staff. For a mattress that you could change in the factory with 5 € you lose a customer and many others ... DO NOT CALL ME
