I booked this place for 2 months and got scabies. Scabies!!! The room never gets any sunlight and the window does not close. The only table and chairs are plastic and uneven so working on camp furniture is a challenge. Although they rent with pets, they are highly afraid of dogs so my dogs had to be locked up in the tiny room all day even though I booked it because of the patio. When my plans changed they wouldn't refund the unused portion. The interior wasn't upgraded in like 30 years except the bathroom but the hot water doesn't last for a decent shower. Someone constantly went into my room when I wasn't there and turned off the water heater and opened the bathroom window even though it was freezing outside. This place is definitely not worth the money they are charging. If you want scabies.... Go there.
