Very bad. Arrogant behaviour and extremely low service for the price. Wifi wasn't working on 2. floor. We agreed on having a room on the third floor before I arrived, but when I arrived they didn't want to. I cancelled my stay and went to another Hotel. Extremely unprofessional, I do not recommend. There are plenty other options in Saranda for a much better price and service!

Brilliant hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff are awesome !!!! Beautiful pool and views.
