Hotel Parlamenti

Nice hotel! The owners are especially kind. They prepared us a really tasty breakfast. In addition, they wash our clothes for free. The location is also a good point, because you can visit all the highlights in the city by foot.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights in mid-September. Overall, I do not recommend. "+" good location - right in the center, daily cleaning, daily change of bed linen "-" no possibility to pay by credit card (even though there was information about such a possibility of payment at bookings), no private parking (despite that such information was given in the bookings; among others, that's why we decided on this hotel; we had a rental car and despite the additional insurance, we wanted to be sure that the car would not be damaged) - we were ordered to park almost by the wall of the hotel, on a very narrow street ; unfriendly service (first and foremost this Asian lady); hideous breakfasts - delivery time was between 7 and 10; breakfasts were served in the room, which also served as a kitchen, dining room, reception and TV room to serve the facility; breakfasts were ready already at 7.00 and they waited until 10.00, so tomatoes, cucumbers and other products were a bit crooked and stale when you came to breakfast around 9.00; unpalatable coffee;

The worst hotel ever. Beware guys never book here. I had booked through booking and I showed up for check in at 11pm (check in can be done until midnight), I show the reservation to the receptionist who was sleeping and he replies that the hotel was sold out. I show him the reservation again and he replies that he didn't give a damn about booking and with an impressive rudeness he continually told me to leave the structure even if the room was non-refundable. After 30 min of arguing he made me speak on the phone with the owner who forced me to request the cancellation of the reservation even if in reality he had to ask him from booking. The result is that I found myself at 11.45 pm without a room and without a reservation. Don't bother guys, 1 star hotels and they are not serious at all.
