The service is terrible. The last time me and my relatives visited it the owner said to us that she had missunderstood the reservation even though it was clearly explained in our messages. She said she couldn’t do anything. It was late and freezing cold and we had nowhere to go so we stayed and had a terribly uncomfortable night.There were kids under the age of 4 with us too. It was not the first time this happenes. Never going back again!

It was our third time staying at this hotel and the third time the owner told us there was a mistake with our rooms. This time she let us know there were only 4 double rooms reserved for us (a group of 20 people,including a one year old, two four years old and a five year old) and there was nothing she could do about it so she suggested us to go to another hotel after we drove 200km to get there. This was the third time this happened to us. Wouldn’t recommend and never going back again!!!!

Irresponsible staff.Poor managing.

Great place

Pretty nice,indor pool is pretty warm.Theres a hot tub right inside my room.Fireplace is pretty hot.Theres a beautiful view. Love it
