The service from the saleswoman was very very bad. She was arrogant and undisciplined with the client. Honesty is over all. They were not happy to pronounce the promotions as it was. They divided it so they could earn more. The ending words were: oh well, bye bye now, I don’t care, you should have seen it yourself. This was in Tezenis in Toptani Center.

Scandalous customer service, sellers as if talking to their friends. Super uneducated, totally dissatisfied with the work they do, they convey it to their clients using harsh tones and disrespectful mimicry. When I asked the manager, they told me that they do not have one, apparently they whistle like that with the clients and no one controls them. Business in Albania 😏
